The Center of Polymer and Carbon Materials Polish Academy of Sciences performs scientific and research works, expertise and analyses with regard to:

• testing the structure and properties of high molecular materials, composites and carbon materials
• syntheses, production and characterization of polymer membranes
• syntheses of special “custom-made” polymers
• separation of gaseous mixtures using the method of polymer membranes
• obtaining, testing and applying various compositions based on chemo- and thermohardening resins, especially epoxy resins
• processing technologies and characteristics of carbon and carbon-derivative
