On 7 September 2013 the 4th edition of the “Silesian Brand” competition was settled in Gliwice. The Center was awarded a distinction in the Science category. It is of honorary character and represents the gratitude for the contribution into the development of the region.
The competition is organized by the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Marshal’s Office of the Silesian Voivodeship. It is co-organized by the regional media: TVP Katowice, Polskie Radio Katowice and Dziennik Zachodni. The aim of the competition is to promote the firms and undertakings that contribute to the development of the Silesian Voivodeship.
