There were prepared pencils of resin and graphite, later used by children and adults. They were presented with the thermal resistance of hard coal and carbon foams. A lot of interest was generated by looking at carbon fibers, Svierdlovski anthracite and carbon foams made of polymer materials, with the use of a stereoscopic microscope.
The children eagerly produced a non-Newtonian liquid themselves and watched how it behaved under the influence of forces and sounds. Many other experiments were also presented. The stand of our Center enjoyed a lot of interest, both among children and adults.
