How to perform first aid, can everyone become a musician and what is emotional painting? Participants of the 7th Science Day, which took place in the Poległych Bohaterów Park at ul. Dubiela, could learn the answers to all these questions. The motto of this year's Science Day was “The World without Mysteries”.
44 specially prepared exhibition stands offered surprises to the visitors. The stands of the Center of Polymer and Carbon Materials of PAN evoked the largest interest; there, under the slogan “Between Fun and Chemistry”, those interested could perform various chemical experiments under the supervision of specialists. At the stand of the Prof. Zbigniew Religa Foundation for the Development of Cardiac Surgery, which co-organized the Zabrze Science Day, teenagers could learn how a surgical robot works and see a simulation of a real surgery.
